My journey with Yoga as a spiritual practice and moving meditation began when I was in my early 20s. I had learned Tai Chi energy movements and was deeply immersed in spiritual philosophies during my university years, and yet, I felt the deeper calling to live more fully on this path to self-fulfilment.

As someone who sought refuge in poetry, mysticism, and metaphysical wisdom since childhood, it was a profound moment when I realised that Yoga - as a complete system for body, mind, and spirit integration - could provide me with a formal education on this path.

Since completing my foundational training in 2011, I have explored many different styles and pathways of yoga, especially through the guiding light of my teacher Sri Dharma Mittra. Over the past decade and more of teaching, I have come to love the nourishing power of Yin Yoga, with a special interest in applying Chinese Medicine Elements and Energy Channels. Dharma Yoga continues to be a truly formative structure of my understanding of Classical Yoga and where I have studied over 800 hours with Sri Dharma himself. Modern needs have inspired me to cultivate a more Embodied and Trauma Informed approach to my teaching, and each of these pathways has helped me cultivate a unique perspective on working in the heat to formulate what I call, Hot Yoga Alchemy.

With a love of learning, and a lifetime of experience with the cycles of creativity, rest, and renewal, I am here to serve and support you with my passions for yoga and heat therapy. As I continue to draw upon my years of study, I hope to truly convey my visions for how the many paths of yoga (from Tantra to Bhakti, Jnana to Karma) have helped to carve new, yet profoundly timeless, pathways for our human evolution.

Presently, I continue to offer regular sessions at Soul Fire Studios, my holistic wellness centre here in Sheffield, UK, and have a wealth of experience in creating and holding space for personal transformation, which makes me especially interested in how we deliver and sustain our healing offerings in the modern business climate.
